At the moment we’re not open for new registrations.

To get an appointment:

• Because of the corona pandemic, we stopped having walking-in consultation
• From 8.00 till 12.00 and from 14.30 till 16.00 we have consultation by appointment (10minutes for 1 or 15 minutes for 2 medical requests)
• To make an appointment please call our assistant between 8.00 and 11.00        TEL: 035-6245709  -> press 3 for the assistent (1 is for emergencies, 2 is for repeat medical prescriptions)

Accessibility:

• From 11.00 till 17.00 our regular phone line is closed. During this time-period we are only available for emergencies
• You can also send uw digital questions,after registration above at our Patiëntenportaal

Register as a new patient:

You can register as a new patient under the heading ‘inschrijven nieuwe patienten’.
